What to include in your email:
To help us get you scheduled as quickly as possible, please include the following details:
1. Full Name and phone number.
2. Requested Service (or the reason for the visit).
3. Preferred Dates/Times (e.g., "Tuesday afternoons" or "Friday at 10:00 AM").
4. Any specific questions you have before the appointment.
Note: You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours with your scheduled time and any further instructions.
We want your experience to be seamless from start to finish. Here is what you can expect once you reach out:
Step 1: Send Your Request
Email rafaelbotelho7@icloud.com with your preferred service and availability. (See our Booking Guide for what details to include).
Step 2: Initial Consultation & Scheduling
Within 24–48 hours, Rafael will respond to your email. We will discuss your specific needs, confirm a date and time that works for you, and provide a quote if applicable.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once we agree on a time, you will receive a final Confirmation Email. This email will contain:
• The date and time of your appointment.
• The location (or a link if the meeting is virtual).
• Any forms or preparation needed beforehand.
Step 4: The Appointment
On the day of your appointment, we recommend arriving (or logging on) 5 minutes early. We will spend the session focusing on your goals and ensuring all your questions are answered.
Step 5: Follow-Up
After our session, you may receive a brief follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed, any "homework" or next steps, and a link to schedule your next visit if needed.
I aim to respond to all booking requests at rafaelbotelho7@icloud.com within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If you email over the weekend, you can expect a reply by Monday afternoon.
